Let me start with the fact that I love my job. There is something special about not dreading going to work every day. I think that is the first thing that helps set my office apart from other insurance agencies. Myself and my team are genuinely happy to be there. Now, lets talk about how I got here….

After graduating from Southwest Texas State University (yes, I know it has a different name now) with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Management, I had no idea of what I wanted to do when I grew up. I took chances, tried new things, and learned as much as I could at every stop along the way. I have had sales or marketing jobs in the restaurant, construction, and software industries. Each of these taught me about building relationships, following through with commitments, and the importance of recognizing what needs to be done then getting those things done. All this lead me to the world of insurance. I opened my office in 2012 and haven’t looked back since. I am a believer in celebrating every step along the way, it’s the baby steps and small victories that will pave the way to success.

As an Agent at Lovelace and Company, Autumn is dedicated to helping clients with all of their insurance needs. She is L&Co’s glue! She can handle everything from writing a policy, reminding you to pay your bill, to managing your claims. As a recent graduate from SOSU, she is very thrilled with her new career path of insurance and enjoys finding people the best rates while making sure they are covered. Autumn loves her three dogs and is an avid traveler.

Micayla has joined the L&Co team as the Personal Lines Manager and has taken the reigns as our Renewal Queen. If you get a call from her, answer it! She will be working to save you money!

As an Agent at Lovelace & Company Micayla strives to give service with a smile while making sure all client needs are handled efficiently. Micayla started in insurance in 2016 and enjoys creating customer relationships. As a graduate from Christ for The Nations she is loving her career path. She is dedicated to making the “hassle” of dealing with your personal insurance a breeze and not a “hassle” at all. Aside from insurance Micayla enjoys the little things in life like coffee, sunshine, and her 3 dogs.

While insurance is not new to Jaime, she is back at it after a stint of being a stay at home mother and other ventures. With a passion to help clients save money and guarantee their assets are fully covered, she just could not stay away.
